  Everything was at least as good if not better than expected.

  The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the room quiet and very clean.
  The location nearby to the airport was perfect for me as I arrived in Mexico City on a long haul flight and then had to catch another early morning flight the next day.
  The complimentary airport pickup and drop off makes things even easier. I would however, recommend that their associate at the airport for the pickup has a sign with the name of the hotel, as he was seated in a corner without any reference to the hotel and I had to ask a few people if they knew where to find the hotel pickup point.
  All in all a lovely hotel. I will definitely book again for my return flight transit home

  Great location near the airport. The free airport shuttle runs every hour for 24hrs/day — need to reserve in advance. There is a cafe that is open 24hrs/day, great for my early morning flight. Plus the wifi in the cafe was strong and there were conveniently located electrical outlets. In room safe (lock box) large enough for my laptop. Clean room. Sheers and blackout curtains.
  
  What could be improved: Wifi could have been faster in my room. It's an airport hotel, off a busy street. Relatively easy to find, not much else around.

  What could be improved: Nothing around the area. Metro about a mile away so you can get to most tourist area if you have time to kill.
  Was difficult to get hold of hotel at the airport to get transfer as no WIFI and no internet. Instructions for arrival were clear until you got to door 4 and then nothing really. Needs to be more info that the bus will be every hour and at rough times and what or who to look out for. Bus on way back could not take us at the time we wanted as was full. The next bus time was fine. Tip: Book your return bus to the airport early (probably before day of arrival as we booked ours when arriving at the hotel, for the next day, and the bus time wasn't available)

  The included breakfast was more than I expected, excellent hospitality. Also has 24hrs cafeteria.
  Excellent location if you are attending a concert in GNP stadium and also close to the airport. They offer shuttle service to the airport.
  
  What could be improved: The room I was assigned, has very uncommon bathroom distribution, not so functional.

  The food was good, the room was nice and clean, the bed comfy and the staff really friendly. Also, it has an atm that makes getting around easier. Would recommend and book again!
