  Location is very nice and also the apartment, it's clean and very well furnished. Staff is kind and at disposal.
  
  What could be improved: There is no heating system and it was cold. I needed to ask for an additional blanket.
  Even if the guys were nice, none of them was speaking a word of english which made the interactions a bit more complicated.

  The property was clean and a short walk to stores, pharmacies, restaurants and parks, just off the main drag. Pleasant. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy for work pick ups and drop offs.

  The people working in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. One workman at the desk, purchased an umbrella for me and had it delivered to the hotel. I reimbursed him. The laundry facilities were extremely helpful since I had been traveling for almost three weeks and needed to wash my clothes. The room was small yet big enough to have everything I required. The bed was extremely comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: My key card wasn't available for me when I arrived at the hotel. Also, the hotel is located on a busy and rather noisy street. But bring earplugs and you will be fine.
