  The penthouse is well decorated and spacious
  
  What could be improved: The noise cancellation is null. We could hear everything from outside. The main door needs to be repaired which is not good if there is no concierge 24/7.

  The location is perfect! And the property is very pretty inside.
  
  What could be improved: This was essentially like an airbnb, it’s not a hotel-esque place to stay. You’re essentially on your own with one room in a pretty house, we didn’t see any staff there throughout our entire stay. Also wish the facilities (like having coffee in the kitchen) was better.

  The bed was so comfy, and the bathtub was amazing. It is a beautifully designed and really unique room.
  
  What could be improved: It felt a little weird having the shared rooftop be so visible to the room and I didn't realize it was a coworking space. It was an interesting vibe for a hotel.

  it was comfortable, i could use the shared rooms to do my work and i had them all to myself. the shared kitchen came in handy to have a quick bite. the fresh fruit was appreciated

  The entire structure of the house is beautiful and interesting. The location could not be any better. The staff were very responsive whenever I needed anything and contacted them via WhatsApp. The AC worked perfectly.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom was quite worn down with the tiles all bearing stains and the shower head not having good pressure. It was uncomfortable to shower. It was also very dusty under the bed. Needs more deep cleaning.

  We loved the beautiful furniture and the location of the Appartment. Perfectly in between a very beautiful and green neighborhood and our host took such a good care of us and helped wherever she could.

  It’s very stylish in an excellent location
  
  What could be improved: There is zero soundproofing. You can hear people in the next room brushing their hair, every step, every movement in the shower.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was nice and spacious and in a gorgeous building, right in the heart of Roma. The bed was comfy, the staff was friendly, we were able to use the gym equipment downstairs and also made use of the public spaces. The hotel is on the pricier side, but if you're looking for a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing hotel in one of the nicest parts of CDMX, this is it!
  
  What could be improved: The check-in process could've been better. The staff wouldn't share how to get into the property until I had uploaded a picture of my passport to ensure the payment. However, I had already paid in full for the hotel two weeks before my arrival so didn't deem this necessary (plus, an unnecessary cyber security risk). This meant that I had to upload this document after arriving at the airport on public wifi, wait for their check-in instructions (which weren't sent before getting into my taxi) and then turn on my data when we were in front of the hotel to get the code, costing me extra money. They could've seen that I already paid weeks in advance and just sent the check-in instructions. Unnecessary communication and hassle. Also, the lighting in the room could've been better – there was only one lamp by the bed and to access the on/off button, I'd have to move the bedside table every time.

  Location, building, decor, Casa Wynwood is dreamy!
  
  What could be improved: Other people can see through the windows at night unless you pull the blinds, no air con and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. Also only one robe despite the booking being for two guests.
