  Location was great.
  
  What could be improved: There was an issue with the laundry. We had to keep calling to request towels as the didn’t left any when they cleaned the room (we left the towels hanging, meaning we didn;t want them changed, but the staff didn’t follow their own instructions). The bed was a bit hard, and storage space was limited if you are going for more than 3 days.

  Location was good, very near restaurants and bars, as well as attractions and shopping . The area felt safe. A male hotel employee went out of his way to help my husband communicate with our Uber on how to fit luggage in the car. Thank you for the extra service.

  This hotel is about location. Perfect! Overall, a positive experience. City express hotels are basic but get the job done and this was not the exception.
  
  What could be improved: A tad pricey in the dates i book but I guess this was because some parades and celebrations that were taking place that weekend.
