    Excellent location; very comfortable apartment; especially loved the bed

    What could be improved: It’s a busy location traffic-wise, and hence noisy all night, so they provide ear plugs in the room

    It was in a good neighborhood, close to a lot of good bars and restourants. Check-in was easy and the staff responded promtly to all messages & e-mails.

    What could be improved: It was a bit small, eve though we had two bedrooms, we had barely any place.for our luggage

    The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The cooker didn't work well but that was only a minor issue as we were out most of the time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    What could be improved: The traffic noise all day and night. Although ear plugs were provided.

    Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. TV was great.

    What could be improved: Unfortunately the room was not soundproof, a lot of noise coming from the road. Blinds had gaps between them which let in quite a lot of light, especially from car lights driving past

    The location and the comfort of the accommodation was the two things that we liked the most.

    What could be improved: Once the toilet paper was finished (only one toilet roll was provided for 4 persons), we asked for an additional one and the staff replied that they asked the owner and that it was not possible to give another one, which is kind of strange. So, we had to go out, search for a store and buy one. This seems to be a constant thing, since some other people also approached the staff to ask for additional toilet rolls. Additionally, no one from the staff took care of the rubbish bins while we were staying there or did mention that we had to put it out somewhere.

    Bed was extremely comfortable, nice cool A/C in the bedroom. Location is great many stores, cafes and bars in short walking distance. Building has surveillance with a guard always watching cameras. Felt very safe.

    What could be improved: The area is popping. Lots of activity and noise pretty late. Not an issue for us but something to consider if you looking for a very quiet location.
