  What could be improved: Cuando llegamos, tuvimos que llamar al anfitrión para que nos entregara la clave de ingreso. Recién ahí nos la envió, teniendo que esperar largo tiempo antes de que eso pasara.
  Todo el tiempo nos duchamos con agua congelada. Le avisé al anfitrión de que no había agua caliente, el que me contestaba intermitentemente, mitad de los mensajes en español y la otra mitad en inglés.
