  Clean,great location,nice and roomy

  What could be improved: There weren’t screens on the windows and I didn’t want to let bugs in -it was very stuffy and hard to sleep-a fan in each bedroom would make a huge difference

  Two bedrooms with lots of space.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed in apt 10, 3 flights up with no elevator…which may not bother some but coming from LA sea level the first day is always a challenge. The apartment has no A/C or heating of any kind they provided one fan which was better than nothing but the apartment was too hot and humid to get a good sleep. With the windows open there was a lot of noise. We decided to bail after one miserable night and went to a local hotel that offered much less space, had a/c and a few elevators. We paid the price for a hotel room that offered tranquility after the heat, humidity, bad air, and chaos of Mexico City.

  Muy bien equipado el apartamento, es amplio, camas muy cómodas y la ubicacion es bastante buena, a unos pasos del auditorio BB y de una estación del metro.
  
  El departamento estaba limpio y los muebles están en muy buen estado, si volvería a rentarlo en definitiva.
  
  El acceso a pesar de no estar en contacto directo con una persona en físico, es fácil de manejarlo, edificio tranquilo y ares comunes ordenadas y limpias.
  
  Área de lavado y cocina muy bien equipados también.
  
  La relación calidad-precio es buena.
  
  What could be improved: En el primer cuarto, las persianas no bajaban del todo y se logra ver hacia los otros departamentos, pero nada grave, es poco lo que se veia, no es impedimento en absoluto para rentar en apartamento.

  What could be improved: no me gusto que yo le tuve que marcar un par de ocaciones al administrador para que ver donde y como recogia las llaves El correo de confirmacion solo me daba la contraseña para entrar al edificio y no algo departamento y para la salida NUNCA me contestaron las llamadas para saber que hacer con las llaves (deje las llaves en el departemntoy me sali Check out 12pm deje ante del departamento,el correo pot parte de booking me llego hasta las 12:19 pm explicandome que hacer ) QUE ESTE COMENTARIO NO TE DETENGA EN RENTAR ESTE DEPARTAMENTO PERO SI PÒNTE EN CONTACTO QUE EL ADMINISTRADOR DIAS ANTES PARA QUE TE EXPLIQUEN NO TODOS USAN EL MISMO SISTEMA

  Great location: In Condesa area close to a beautiful park. Two bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very clean.
  
  What could be improved: No elevators. We were on the fourth floor and difficult to climb up with altitude sickness. We got help from the maintenance guy to bring our bags up when we arrived. Bud, did not get any help to bring down the bags when we leave. Also, it was noisy in nights from some motor or something running from another unit.

  Great location. Really quite at night as our unit has inner courtyard windows. We were allowed to check in early and check out late to accommodate our work/travel schedule. Much appreciated.
