  In fact, a water connection to the toilet burst (nobody's fault, just one of those unlucky things), but Luis quickly managed it and moved me to another available property with no issue.
  
  These things happen sometimes and Luis was very helpful and accommodating to me. I will definitely book with this host again my next time in CDMX.

  What could be improved: Que cuando llegamos, no nos permitieron el ingreso, porque supuestamente no está la reserva, y el personal de seguridad,no tenía conocimiento de nuestra llegada la cuál fue en la madrugada del sábado y nos tocó esperar más de 15 mínimos para ingresar, y el personal de seguridad realizo 3 llamadas para confirmar y nadie le daba respuesta de nuestra reserva,después de haber llegado de un largo viaje donde estábamos muy agotados
