The Room Experience

My room was simple but comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a well-run three-star property. The beds are decent and the bathrooms are clean with good water pressure, which honestly matters more than fancy fixtures when you’re exploring the city all day. What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re in the middle of such a bustling area. The air conditioning works well too, which you’ll definitely appreciate during Mexico City’s warmer months. Service and Atmosphere

The staff here actually knows the neighborhood — and I don’t just mean they can point you toward tourist spots. They gave me recommendations for places I never would have found on my own, like this incredible little café tucked away on a side street where locals go for breakfast. The front desk folks speak good English, but they’re also patient if you want to practice your Spanish. There’s something refreshingly unpretentious about the whole place; it feels authentic without trying too hard to be boutique-y. The team genuinely cares about making your stay memorable.

  The staff was super friendly, especially recption. They gave us a map with the best attractions in tje area withing walking distance. The map also marked where the hotel was. Its in the middle of the Mercados and walking distance of the Zocalo. Perfect area for long walks and stores.

  The place itself was great, they have done a terrific job at keeping everything nice and clean. Very good internet! And the fact that you can order room service at any given time saves you a lot of time. Very convenient!
