  The location was great, it was a safe and walkable neigborhood that was central to everything we wanted to do in the city. It was also a very safe apartment complex with lots of security. The gym was beautiful and well-equipped (you do have to call security to open the door for you). The kitchen had all the basics, which was great, because a lot of hosts don't even provide salt, pepper and cooking oil and this place did have everything we needed.
  
  What could be improved: It was a little noisy, like other reviewers mentioned, but that isn't the fault of the hosts, it's just that the location is right next to a busy road, but we used ear plugs and it was fine. Also, it's Mexico City folks! It's going to be noisy; travelers should expect that they're not going to the country when they visit DF. Since we stayed for 7 days, it would have been nice for the hosts to provide us with extra toilet paper and paper towels/napkins in the kitchen. Toilet paper should be considered a necessity not a luxury. I could understand why hosts don't alwasy provide laundry soap, but toilet paper is a pretty basic thing. Hosts should consider the amount of days and the amount of guests who are staying to make sure that they are well-stocked according to each guest's needs. For a 7 day stay and a party of 3, they only gave us a one extra roll and it was thin and ran out fast. We had to buy our own, which is fine, but when one is traveling, that isn't on the top of the lists of things to do so it was a little inconvenient.

  Amazing host, the communication was flawless. The place is well designed and very comfortable, the neighborhood is amazing. The only regret I have is that we didn't stay longer. Our stay was perfect.

  The apartment was clean, well decorated, and well supplied with everything I needed. It had amazing views of Chapultepec Park, and I loved swimming in the pool. The location was wonderful because it was within walking distance to cute restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The hosts responded to all communication right away and gave clear, easy instructions for the check-in process.

  the location is great; near the giant Chapultepec park and near supermarkets and lots of restaurants and beautiful other parks. the building is love and staff are friendly and the place itself is well appointed. the hosts were highly responsive. at one point we had an issue with hot water and the hosts responded right away and got to work on it immediately.
  
  What could be improved: because the apartment is on the outer edu ge of the building overlooking the Chapultepec freeway, in tabloid at night even with all the windows closed. we put on a fan and earplugs and were able to sleep fine.

  Jonathan (the host/owner) was great and incredibly responsive whenever an issue came up. The place itself is beautifully designed and set up, and had all of the amenities we could need (e.g. washing+drying machine, kitchenware, microwave, iron, a well stocked building gym and pool, etc.). We also really appreciated the neighborhood it is located in (Condesa) as we were right next to some lovely cafes and coffee shops, and a block away from a Walmart Express for grocery shopping. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as well.
  
  What could be improved: These were not deal breakers for me but might be worth taking a note of if you are sensitive to any of these stimuli: a) it's located right next to a major highway that can be a little noisy at night time. I'm a relatively deep sleeper, and Jonathan provides ear plugs, so it wasn't a problem for myself or my family. And b) there was sometimes a light odor that I think was due to the washing machine needing to be aired out, but it would disappear quickly whenever we'd leave the windows open. The space was lovely and convenient enough that both of these issues felt low priority.
  
  Not something Jonathan can control, so just a tip: I highly recommend getting a 10 or 20 liter drinking water container from the nearby Walmart or Oxxo if you are looking for ways to reduce your plastic waste during your stay here.

  This was the perfect stay for when we arrived in CDMX. Jonathan and Carlos were super responsive, check in was easy and the place itself fantastic. Brilliant facilities including a gorgeous pool and gym. We loved it so much we tried to stay again at the end of our trip but we sadly left it too last minute! Would stay here again and recommend you do too. Awesome part of CDMX with delicious eateries.
