  Suites Obelisk is amazing! We had a suite that had a large bedroom and an even larger living room + dining area + kitchen. It even had a washer-dryer. Everything was very clean, modern and working perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location was awesome as well, with a 3-min walk to a large number of top notch restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s traveling to Mexico City for a vacation.
  
  What could be improved: To be honest, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. If I were really picky, I’d say that it would have been nice if the restaurant were open for lunch & dinner, not just breakfast.

  Great location free breakfast is a nice touch generally a very clean hotel with some good staff. Will use again for concerts and going into Polanco
  
  What could be improved: One had one problem we arrived just after 3 pm but we had to wait over 30 minutes for a room to be allocated, but no apology given or information updated. That was not good service in my opinion

  It was located close to some excellent restaurants and was walking distance from the concert venue we were seeing concerts in.
  
  What could be improved: The noise levels were a bit high. The doors were very thin and there was a bit of street noise. Some attention to thicker doors and some soundproofing facing the street would work wonders.

  I loved the staff. They were helpful and very polite and spoke english. The hotel is gated and guarded all day and night. It has multiple patio areas for relaxing and enjoying the weather. The location was perfect, easy walking to shops and parks and the Auditorial Nacional. I walked to the Auditorio and rode the tour bus every day.
