  Great location, wood trims worn down, fully loaded kitchen. Wish they had a water purifier system.
  
  What could be improved: A/C was broken but immediately fixed after we notified them. We heard the entire conversation from other units.

  Our stay at DIB collection was great. I knew I wanted to be in Roma Norte and the location was absolutely perfect. Every surrounding block had amazing food options. I'll definitely be staying in this location again. The door code was convenient to not have another thing to carry around.
  
  What could be improved: The plumbing situation in the bathrooms was a little unexpected but we worked around the norm.

  Private location, and nice layout with bedroom separate from living space.
  
  What could be improved: Pretty loud in the morning and very thin walls with dogs barking loudly and music playing. Very bright light coming through shower window making eye masks an absolute necessity.

  I was very pleased with the apartment! It is located in a fantastic area with numerous excellent restaurants, local shops, and a great mercado (Mercado Medellín) just about a 20-minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store, Sumesa Yucatán, which is a 13–15 minute walk from the apartment. I felt very safe walking alone in the neighborhood.
  
  Checking in and out was effortless, with no issues encountered. The property management was very responsive.
  
  The apartment itself was wonderful and met all my expectations; it was fully furnished, and the pictures accurately depicted its appearance.
  
  Last but not least, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions I had. I will definitely plan on staying here again in the future. Muchisimas Gracias! Hasta la proxima!
  
  What could be improved: The only issue I found was the low water pressure and water temperatures. However, these are minor inconveniences and not a deal breaker.

  What could be improved: A laundry would be great and some of the finishing were weathered. Our A/C also leaked a lot one day but they came by and fixed it.

  Great location near to lots of bars and restaurants. Clean & spacious room, easy check in with a code, lovely friendly staff – Ricardo in particular was so helpful able to recommend places for us to go & how to get around the city. Felt very safe to walk around.

  We loved the apartment. It was nice having our own room and a separate kitchen facility. It had plenty of storage. It would be good for longer days. It was conveniently located in Roma Norte. The staff was super friendly. The bed was super comfortable and they gave you tons of pillows. The temperature was very moderate so we never had to turn on the air conditioner, but each bedroom had one.
  
  What could be improved: It is located next to a concert hall. They play live music about 4 to 5 nights a week for several hours into the night. It is not quiet. They kindly leave you earplugs. If you’re a night owl, it will probably not bother you at all. I normally sleep with airpods to block out my husband snoring, so I just put them in and it didn’t bother me at all. Other days I just listened to the concert and enjoyed it. Free show! I would say this just depends on your noise sensitivity when making your choice.

  The Dib Collection lofts are perfectly located in CDMX, within walking distance of a huge variety of excellent restaurants, cafés, and nightlife destinations in Roma, Juárez, and La Condesa. We stayed in one of the "penthouse" lofts. The apartments are clean, well-designed, and provide a brilliant stay for two (or more) people across three split levels.
  
  The beds are extremely comfortable. Generous freebies, including bottled water and sweet treats, enhanced our stay. Additionally, the reception staff are helpful, friendly, and fluent in English, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this serviced apartment combines comfort, convenience, and attentive service, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers.
  
  What could be improved: The only real downside of is the close proximity to a very noisy bar next door. In the evening and at night, the bass from the music can be quite loud, almost making it feel as though the room is shaking. For light sleepers or those who are particularly sensitive to noise, this may pose a challenge. Earplugs are provided, offering an easily, suitable solution. I wasn't bothered by this, even though I am a light sleeper, but guests who prefer a quieter environment might find this location unsuitable.
  
  The water in the shower wasn't always the hottest, but was perfectly fine and didn't bother me.
