  Just as described, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a super location.
  
  What could be improved: No real negatives, excerpt the elevator is a bit noisy.

  I had a great stay—the apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit, even for long-term stays. The location felt central and safe, and the building itself added an extra sense of security with a front desk manager available at all times.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was a bit cold, but each room had portable heaters which helped. For a long-term stay, a washing machine would have been a great addition. If you’re looking for a scenic view, this place is more about city living than vistas—but it’s still a convenient and comfortable option overall.

  Conveniently located and clean. Staff at reception was friendly.
  
  What could be improved: The pictures and description of the apartment we got didn’t match reality at all. The smaller, darker bedroom wasn’t in the pictures. The description mentioned 2 beds of 1,80 m or more, but one was around 1,40 m. There was no balcony or big kitchen, just a kitchen right at the entrance, in a hallway. One of the bedroom doors was broken. They offered a partial refund but never sent it.

  Great locn! Walk to Natl Anthro Museum and Parque Espana, etc! Small cafes and restaurants everywhere just outside the door. 24 hr Taco stands across the street.
  
  UBER $150mxp to airport. Reliable and easy!Also possible, from MEX to Condessa, similar price depending on traffic and time of day. For a taxi, buy ticket in airport at kiosk. (At least 4X more than UBER).

  All several floors of the building are Airbnb's, so should be able to find what you want. For sure, would stay here again!

  What could be improved: The elevator is loud but it can only run during the day at certain areas when most people should be awake. Sometimes I would still hear it but it was near the time I was scheduled to awake.
  
  The listing has 3 baths but it is actually 2 full baths and a half bath. So that was a bit misleading. We had a group of six so it would have helped having three full baths.

  The apartment was great. Had most of what we needed and was in a great location.
  It would be great if there was an airer for drying clothes.
  
  What could be improved: The beds were a bit too hard for our liking. Ended up putting the doona under us as it wasn't cold and just used the blanket.
  There was no ice cube tray so we had to use the glass containers.
  It has the LOUDEST (and slowest) lift ever! If it got used during the night you'd get woken up.
  The noise from the air conditioner on the level below was really loud and woke us up through the night. We didn't have aircon so had to have the windows open which let the noise in. The one fan we had didn't have a very long cord so it couldn't be used in the second bedroom to try to counteract the noise.
