WTC Loft Nápoles El Cuarto Cielo Overview

First Impressions

Walking into WTC Loft Nápoles El Cuarto Cielo, you immediately get that this isn’t your typical hotel experience. It’s actually more like staying in someone’s really well-designed city apartment — which, honestly, is exactly what it is. The building on Wisconsin Street has this modern, residential feel that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like a temporary local. I mean, the name literally translates to “The Fourth Heaven,” and while that might sound a bit dramatic, there’s something genuinely peaceful about the whole setup.

Location & Neighborhood

The Nápoles neighborhood in Mexico City is one of those areas that locals love but tourists often overlook — and that’s actually a good thing. You’re right in the heart of things without the chaos of the historic center or the pretension of Polanco. The World Trade Center is practically next door (hence the name), and you can walk to decent restaurant and cafes without fighting through crowds of other travelers. Recent guests have been rating the location a perfect 10, and honestly, I get it — you feel connected to the real city here.

The Space

This four-star loft setup really works well for couples, which makes sense given the feedback. The space feels more grown-up than a typical hotel room, with actual living areas where you can spread out and relax. There’s a proper kitchen setup, which is fantastic if you want to grab some ingredients from a local market and cook something together. The design is clean and modern without being cold — you know what I mean? It’s got personality without trying too hard.

What Makes It Special

What I really appreciate about this place is how it strikes that balance between independence and service. You get the privacy and space of having your own place, but there’s still someone to help if you need it. The building itself is well-maintained, and the fact that it’s in a residential area means you’re not dealing with the noise and chaos that comes with staying in the main tourist zones. Plus, having a real kitchen means you can actually save some money on meals — Mexico City’s restaurant scene is incredible, but it’s nice to have options.

Why Guests Love It

The 7.5 rating tells you this place does what it promises without any major surprises. Couples especially seem to love the setup here, and I think it’s because you get that sense of playing house in Mexico City rather than just passing through. The location really is the star — you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the tourist madness to actually relax. It’s the kind of place where you might find yourself staying in for a morning just because the space is comfortable enough to actually enjoy.

Reviews of WTC Loft Nápoles El Cuarto Cielo

  • Jorge from Mexico – 7 February 2024 (8/10)

La cercanía con la Plaza de toros y la comunicacion constante y oprtuna con el propietario del Loft via Whatsapp.

What could be improved: El Baño tiene mucha humedad, pero nada que no se resuelva con Cloro.

  • Melissa from Mexico – 1 February 2024 (5/10)

Location and supermarket across the street.

What could be improved: No stairs on a 4th floor… so if you are not fit enough better pick a different apartment. Very difficult to get luggage and groceries up.
    Microwave did not work.
