  Staff is very helpful; hotel is very clean. The location is perfect for our trip.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed in this hotel a week ago and came back because we like the place, staff, and location. However, it's been over two weeks that one of the elevators has been out of order. A hotel that is 10 stories high cannot be dependent on only one elevator.

  The hotel is within walking distance to the city's bus system and a metro station. The neighborhood, while noisy on weekends, is vibrant yet cozy at the same time.

  What could be improved: There was only 1 elevator working and with the cleaning stuff it was a bit of a hassle.

  The hotel has large rooms and is located in a great location central to restaurants, nightlife and many of the city's great attractions.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel has issues with their card key system. The key keeps getting unprogrammed, but you don't find out after you go to your room and the key does not open. So you have to go down to the lobby and have them reprogram the key. The hotel is in the middle of the Zona Rosa and the music from surrounding clubs can be loud during the weekend. The hotel also has a main lobby elevator that has been broken for months and you have to use the auxiliary elevator with long wait times especially during peak times as it is smaller and slower than the main elevator.

  The suite is spacious with a good bathroom layout. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of cupboard shelf space. There is a big separate sitting area. The location is excellent.
  
  What could be improved: The room is noisy and even with windows closed and earplugs in we could hear and feel the banging, loud music from the street where the restaurants were playing music at an unbelievably loud volume until past 4 am. This was a Friday and our only night there
