  Location is perfect. Staff is very friendly. Room was spacious and even though it wasn't super new, it was comfortable and met my expectations.
  
  What could be improved: The internet is quite bad. Definitely don't rely on it for work or any other activity that consistently needs a stable connection. I was staying in the 7th floor–not sure if that makes any difference, but beware.

  Have been staying here for the second time already because the hotel is an underrated gem of CDMX.
  
  Its location is perfect right in the center of the city, close to everything, and at the same time on a nice and quiet street, so you can actually have a decent good-night sleep there. The rooms are clean and spacious, the view from the rooms is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the shower has excellent water pressure and all the necessary items. There is even an iron & an ironing board in the room. The breakfast is actually good and tasty, with very nice variety of freshly cooked options, and the staff is super nice and friendly.
