  Location was good, the staff was very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Parking is a nightmare if you arrive when the mall is full. The hotel should have some reserved parking spaces so the guests dont have to walk accross the malls parking spaces all the way to the hotel.

  It seems to be a business hotel or for groups. In the middle of a mall. The facilities are meticulous, clean and
  appealing! Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit pricy, but worth the money! The windows cancel out all noise.
  Exactly what you would expect from a good hotel. Since I had an early start, They organized a packed breakfast
  for me, since I couldn't join their breakfast (included!).

  The location is excellent. It's attached to a shopping mall so there is lots of garage parking and food options. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The staff was excellent. They moved my father to a handicapped room as he is in a wheelchair.
  
  What could be improved: Parking was a little complicated and getting to the hotel lobby is like completing a maze. The double beds are also small and soft. They could use an upgrade. The pros still outweigh the cons.
