  Our host Carlos was superb! Very responsive when we had questions or issues. Both Carlos and the doorman were quite helpful where our jumbo sized bags were concerned. The location is great! Excellent restaurants within walking distance and a truly authentico market right across the street. I was traveling with my best girl cousin and we had a great stay in the two bedroom two bath apartment. Would stay at this property in the future for sure.
  
  What could be improved: The death defying staircase to the upstairs bedroom took some getting use to. PThere is no air-con (it was unusually warm during our May visit), guessing that’s not an issue most of the year but please be aware.

  The people working there were very nice and accommodating and the location was great.
  
  What could be improved: There was a lot of mosquitoes in the room I got bit bad and had to buy a mosquito repellent to not get bit further. You can also hear everything from the courtyard people walking upstairs and talking. Also as mentioned in another post there was no cleaning any of the days we were there. no refills on towels etc.

  Apartment looked beautiful just look the photos, was clean and comfortable. The location in Roma is excellent and across the street from Mercado Medellin.
  
  However I had a bad stay because the walls & windows are unbelievably thin, so you can other tenants/guests as if they’re in your bedroom. There was also construction in an apartment above me from 8:30-6 every day, including on Saturday. The shower was also a disaster: very weak pressure and the hot water ran out suddenly after 5min every day for a week. And finally the TV was broken and therefore unusable.

  The check in process was super smooth, the staff was very friendly and let us do luggage drop off. The location was great. The wifi worked the entire time.
  
  What could be improved: In the description it says that the bed is a King size, but when we arrived it was queen or double bed. The reason why I booked was because of the King size bed. Also there was no hot water. I added a picture of how we left the property, that reflects the size of the room.

  We liked the location, interior, hospitality of the concierge (who did not speak English but we managed to communicate :))
  
  What could be improved: Communication with the owner/person in charge of property was poor, almost non-existent. We commented that we are not sure we got the room we booked (at least according to he photos at the time of booking) and wanted some clarification, not necesarily another room, but we have received no answer. There was no big mirror in the property (ai asked about this prior to our arrival but received no answer) which I missed. Sheets were clean, but some dusting could be done. No matter the mentioned issues, we had a very nice stay 🙂
