  What could be improved: When I got there they changed all my rooms around and meztili the receptionist was really rude and making faces and i was told I couldn't park on a handicap parking spot even though I had my son. With a wheelchair

  Clean, spacious rooms were very comfortable, maid staff & restaurant staff were friendly & helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Difficulty with adding an additional day; wanted to pay the morning of the day added & told had to pay that evening. When we returned that evening we were locked out although we wanted to pay that morning. Very upsetting as our elderly Aunt was traveling with us & she was very tired. Some of the desk clerks were quite rude.
