  It’s a very nice Mexican hotel
  
  What could be improved: The shower was not very comfortable

  It is a good location. The receptionists made my stay amazing, specially Erick, his recommendations and help made my days.
  
  What could be improved: But there is a poor management. We found in the first evening that TV volume didn’t work and ask for help, reminding about that next day but hotel management didn’t fix it and even didn’t apologize.
  They charged us for additional coffee pods, that should be included and brought to the room during every day cleaning. They didn’t clean 1 day so we ask for coffee and they charged us at check out.

  The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs to change rooms due to noise from another area of the hotel. They did a great job and were friendly and helpful for our entire stay. The rooms are comfortable, and the location next to the park was fantastic for walking and accessing the CDMX bikes that are available through an app to use to get around the city.

  The location and the staff. Pablo and Carlis were very nice and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: I didn’t like the noise at night after the restaurant closed. The employees dragged furniture and made noise. The bathroom had strong smell like sewer. We couldn’t stand the smell.

  The location was superb! We recommend the premium suites so that you have a window facing the street (rather than the hotel courtyard) which faces the sweet park. All the art was beautiful. It was charming.
  
  What could be improved: We have no complaints, but you need ear plugs for sure due to the music from upstairs and the noise from the dog park across the street.
