    Location, very clean and good value for money

    What could be improved: Only thing that could be improved is give the apartment a bit of ‘soul’, it was very minimalistic with decorations/ light were very bright/not warm.

    The access to the appartment was very easy. The appartment was very clean and well equipped.

    What could be improved: The number of plates, chairs, etc is not really matching the number of guests.

    This is the best place to stay in Mexico City. A great and safe area, excellent apartments, where there is everything you need for a short and long stay, for example, if you work at a computer and are a freelancer. It will be cozy,
    quiet and there is an excellent Internet
    connection. Walmart Express is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. A great well-groomedgreen area where you can walk and go to excellent cafes and small stylish shops. This is a small green oasis in Mexico City, when after a walk through the big city you return to silence.

    The comfort and security was impeccable. Felt safe even walking around the Condesa area at dark. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice private bathrooms. The available public rooftop terrace was small but very useful. The front desk guard was very friendly and willing to answer questions and help out as much as possible.

    What could be improved: The front door knob on our apartment was loose and it was very difficult to get the keys to unlock and lock the unit from the outside. This would take some time jiggling the key until you hit the right spot to let you unlock or lock it. This was a hassle everyday. Supposedly the security guard was to let the owner of the unit know about this, but it was like that for the 4 days we were there. We paid for a floor unit with a patio, but we had to move our stay dates due to our flight being grounded the day we were to leave. They accommodated, but we ended up with a 2nd floor unit with no patio or balcony.

    What could be improved: The front door was a nightmare to open and close. The lock needs to be changed. It was extremely irritating. A card lock or code lock would be much better.

    The apartment is comfortable, especially the beds. Nice sized bedrooms and decent bathrooms. In a nice neighborhood.

    What could be improved: The living room and kitchen are small and dark. Although it is in a good neighborhood (La Condesa), it is a bit of a walk to get to the good parts as it is at the very end of the neighborhood.

    The apartment is in a good location other than next to a freeway (earplugs were provided, thankyou). Very clean and comfortable (especially the beds). It was my second time at this apartment and will stay again.

    What could be improved: The check in with the doorman was ok… he did not have my reservation at first but was able to retrieve it within a reasonable time. Towels in the kitchen for drying dishes would have been helpful.
