  The property was exactly as we hoped it would be! Clean, modern, bright, and roomy. It was perfect for our group of 4. We loved the windows in the living room that gave us panoramic views of the city, and the balcony was nice for drinking coffee in the morning. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were well equipped and also clean and it was nice having 2 full bathrooms for our group size. There was a washer and dryer in the apartment which was nice. The property is guarded 24/7 which helps you to feel safe. There is also a rooftop garden you can hang out on with great views. The property is also in a great location! It's easy to walk to Roma Norte or Juarez and there is a Ecobici bike station right outside, as well as an OXXO convenience store. It was wonderful having Ana meet us at the property to get us settled and checked in. She was so kind and gave us suggestions for places to eat, see, and shop.
  
  What could be improved: The stay was amazing and I would stay again, but it is a little loud in the apartment. We were on a high floor and you can REALLY hear all of the noise from the street below, especially in the living room (probably from all the amazing windows!). It wasn't an issue for us though, just something to note. It seemed quieter in the bedrooms and we had no trouble sleeping at night (this is coming from a very light sleeper). Also, the hot water in the showers would go in and out, but the water pressure was good.

  The location is right in the middle of the action! There is so much to do, see, and experience within walking distance. The room was very well designed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. We also really enjoyed the rooftop garden!
  
  What could be improved: The noise. The building is right on Chapultepec, a major avenue, so the noise level, even on the 7th floor, was high. It took significant white noise and SleepAid pills to get a good night's sleep. Earplugs are highly recommended.

  What could be improved: The apartment you get will likely not be the one you see on the site. I had to ask to change mine. It still wasn’t the one from the photo, but it was closer, and good overall.

  Well equipped, everything you need to enjoy CDMX. Great location, and very accommodating host.
  
  What could be improved: You can only use one shower at a time to have hot water, and it works well only in the master bedroom, the guest's shower has colder water.

  Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Location would have been great if the metro station had been on the working part of the line.
  
  What could be improved: A problem with hot water. The temperature set too high, causing the boiler to turn itself off. Fixed by lowering the temperature. Not ideal as I suspect a problem with the flue.

  Very centrally located, very modern and very clean. Nice views from the room balcony, fantastic views from the rooftop balcony/garden. I loved the kitchen appliances: water heater, milk foamer, coffee machine, toaster. Very nice. Very responsive and friendly host.
  
  What could be improved: The water heater randomly didn't want to turn on, I could hear it 'clicking' trying to ignite but wouldn't. Host was very responsive once notified about the problem, though. Also, bear in mind this is a very centrally located, urban location, so you must enjoy hearing all the city sounds if you wish to stay here (sirens, whistles, traffic). I didn't mind it. Windows seem to block out majority of the noise and city lights, I slept very well.

  What could be improved: The shower in unit 1001 gets super hot and then runs out of hot water after 7 minutes. Otherwise a very nice stay.

  Nice apartment with great view to Reforma. Spacious and comfortable. 2 bathrooms and nice kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: The shower heater often has bugs that are simple to solve/reset, but we could have received those instructions at the beginning (we had cold showers on the first night).
  A lot of white light bulbs (instead of warm light), and cheap decoration objects; having both replaced would make the place a 10.
