  The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It's a good size room and the curtains were amazingly good.
  There were some maintenance issues with the property, mainly in the shower.

  What could be improved: Items reported to front desk(loose door handle in bathroom,pump for handsoap non-functioning ,one blind non-operating) were never attended tobut we do realize it was Xmas time and staffing may have been reduced so they had time with their families.Bathroom very small.

  There was available in a very special situation, they received me even if my reservation had been done 20 minutes before midnight, that really saved me.

  What could be improved: Definitely not 4 star according to German standards. Rather 1 or 2 stars – not more. Located at intersection of large street, could not open windows, bed frame was not fully cleaned. Rooms and bathroom were very small. Floor had cracks. Included Breakfast is nowhere close to the pictures. Simply a few toast breads, one type of jam, one juice and fruit. High cost for add-ons like egg.
