  Spacious, well equipped, comfortable apartment in a quiet area a few steps from posh malls with a big supermarket. Within walking distance of the best dinning in Polanco.

  What could be improved: The smell of sewage in the bathroom. The shower heads from the top on very high ceiling . The beds too soft . No heater or fan in the flat. Not able to get in touch with the management even on the phone no was left I. The flat. Difficult to check in .not even a kettle in the flat. Tons of empty cabinets. 4 plates only and 3 glasses for a 6 person flat. The guard downstairs was great not only Spanish speaking .

  Amazing space, balcony with a nice view, more than enough bathrooms and other amenities. Good location.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment wasn’t ready at the time of our check in, we had to wait over an hour for it to be ready. There was not enough bath towels provided and the television volume was not the best.

  Excellent location near immigration office in cdmx and Miyana and Antara Mall.
  
  What could be improved: Parking ramp is too narrow, you can see the walls scratched by cars due to the difficult to get in and out the car park.

  Location is excellent! Easy and super safe to walk around the neighborhood and close to the most beautiful areas in Polanco.
  
  What could be improved: While it wasn't a problem for us because ours was a family vacation, it is definitely not a place to stay for a party crowd. Families live in the building and the overall vibe is quiet.
