  Proximity to connecting flight and international check in. It has a 24 hour restaurant and a comfortable bar where you can see the planes landing or taking off. The staff are so helpful and kind! Services are made available immediately. Perfect for having a private space where to rest when you are connecting with other flights or to stay overnight. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the airport international departure section if you prefer to explore different foods and wine or mezcal.

  Well suited for flights out of terminal 1. The hotel offers a transfer to Terminal 2 every hour, you must be there ahead by 10 minutes. I would recommend that as I moved from Terminal 1 to 2 via a bus, this was a mistake as it required around 40 minutes.
  
  What could be improved: the hotel layour and room numbering is a little bizarre. Finding your room could be a challenge at first.

  What could be improved: I never would have found this hotel on my own. Was dropped off at airport entrance. Porter who took my bags led me, several minutes walk, through the airport , to the hotel entrance. No entrance from outside airport.

  Perfect location, very practical for early and late flights. Very nice breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: We asked for a crib for our 4-month-old when we made the reservation. It was confirmed, but then when we got there the crib was not in rhe room. We asked the staff for it, who said they would send it, but it never arrived.

  What could be improved: We arrived late at night and there was only person checking in . He did his best, but having to wait long was not enjoyable. I did not like that I made my reservation through booking. I was told I could pay at the property.
  Yes, but the price changed, the price is now in pesos and you can only pay the amount they give you in pesos not the locked dollars amount of my reservation. Please let customers that if they dont pay in advance through booking they will have to pay the rate of the hotel in pesos when you get there.

  Very well located in the terminal, no need to take a shuttle. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: construction was going on at 11pm in the terminal. banging sounds heard in our room throughout the night. Not the most relaxing. The TV had connection issues with the wifi (no netflix)
