  What could be improved: The shuttle service couln't take me to the airport because it was full at the hour i had to go. 😓

  Clean functional airport hotel ( around 10-20 minutes away depending on traffic). Free shuttle service on the hour . Large king size bed / desk / no fridge . Good sized modern shower . Would recommend .

  It's an airport hotel a few miles from Mexico City airport. As such it serves its purpose. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear the neighbour's phoning home! The bed is comfortable with a range of pillows. Plenty of hot water.
  
  Breakfast was adequate with eggs, fruit, yogurt etc as well as a range of typical Mexican breakfast foods, beans, lasagne, avocado etc.

  Ideal location close to the airport.
  Airport shuttle from and to airport was timely and useful.
  The free breakfast was more (in quantity and quality) than we expected.

  comfortable and clean. staff very helpful. didn't have breakfast as it wasn't available when we left. we were offered a bag lunch which was nice (though it was an apple, a yogurt and a juice a sandwich would have been nice)
  
  What could be improved: note that shuttle to airport can only be arranged on the hour. no dining options within walking distance. would be nice to have coffee available in lobby 24/7 given that it is an airport hotel. taxi to historic area was 55usd each way which seemed very high.
