  Un appartement sans. Aucune installation de chauffage et un service client booking incapable de prendre une décision malgre mes nombreux appels , et un support Blueground.com inexistant 24h pour répondre.. avec 17 degrés dans un appartement sale .. une honte. Et avec 2 enfants de 5 et 8 ans
  C est même une honte que vous ne sachiez pas défendre vos clients fidèles.
  Résultat on va aller en justice et je vais communiquer sur votre manière de faire.
  Lamentable et je pense demain ne plus être votre client
  Comment pouvez vous accepter de louer des appartements aussi sale et sans chauffage
  En plus avec des enfants.
  Je vous ai demande le remboursement depuis le joue ou je suis arrivé. Et parti le jour même à l'hôtel.

  What could be improved: Que no hubo comunicación con los encargados o administradores, cuando llegamos tardamos más de una hora para ingresar al apartamento porque no enviaron ni el número del apartamento ni el código de acceso de la cerradura; nunca tuvimos respuesta, el que ayudó fue el Valet a través del administrador del edificio. En portería tampoco estaban informados de nuestra llegada.

  What could be improved: La mala atención y ausencia del hoster,, no hay ventilación en baños y el agua se fue un día . Además de qué no había ganchos para colgar la ropa y en la cocina no había suficientes implementos como una licuadora. La cortina de una recámara se cayó poco antes de dejar departamento. Nunca hubo atención a nuestras peticiones.
