  The room was great, in a great location with friendly staff. The price was excellent.
  
  What could be improved: Noisy – in the morning sewage trucks come and make a very loud noise for an hour or so – we measured it at 75 decibels. They don't give out water at the front desk, only when they make up your room and check in, although they are inconsistent with this policy. We had trouble finding our room during check in as staff directed us to the wrong floor and the suite was not numbered.

  Amazing staff, wonderful location and a beautiful hotel. Clean and beautiful, tall ceilings with unique details. Balcony windows are well sealed and keep out the city noise while allowing me to listen to the city in the morning by cracking the window or step outside to fret the day. I encourage getting a balcony room 🙂
  
  What could be improved: A few quibbles….While there are steamers in the room; there are no irons or ironing boards available. I would prefer bar soap instead of liquid. Only one chair it would be nice to have a second

  Lovely renovated property with high ceilings and spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable . Very friendly staff and great location.

  New & very clean. Great location with so many restaurants & museums within a few minutes. It's in a busy part of the city but the windows do a great job of blocking out most of the noise.
  
  What could be improved: It could go from very good to incredible with a couple of finishing touches- a chair in the room, hooks for hand towels, daily coffee refills. The terrace is a missed opportunity- it would be great to have a bar there, we missed having somewhere in the hotel to relax with a drink.

  Great location–a block from the art museum and park, 8 minute walk to Zocalo. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable. The a/c worked well and was quiet. We thought the price was really reasonable.
  
  What could be improved: There was confusion about payment method (on-line vs pay in-person) and whether breakfast was included. Street could be noisy. Not much to be done given the locale.
