  The staff were very welcoming and lovely.
  Very comfortable and clean room and perfect location across from metrobus and from all the hustle and bustle of the Roma district.

  Great location, lots of places to eat nearby including street food. Felt safe to walk back at night after local dinner. Friendly staff in lobby.

  What could be improved: the ac just doesn’t work (it makes good white noise but just doesn’t chill the room, and the old thermostat is kinda useless too. i was lucky the weather was on the colder side but i can’t imagine staying here if its hot.

  No fridge (it s a 5 star hotel, on booking says 4 but in reality it’s maximum a 3)

  Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and Roma Nte. Staff were very nice. Convenient restaurant in the building.
