  I liked having a little balcony. And breakfast included. Room rate is good for Roma Norte.
  
  What could be improved: It’s a little dated, with cheapish furnishings —but it doesn’t claim to be a luxury hotel.

  The front desk girl at the afternoon must go she gives no information and very rude, the lady in the breakfast is very nice but slow maybe an helper for her would boost the experience. The only staff member that is an 10 out of 10 is the gentleman in front desk in the mornings.

  Location! Close to the metro stop and local stores/restaurants. I felt the property was also safe due to the 24-hour front desk and elevators leading to all rooms. It was great having a microwave, kitchenette and small refrigerator! (It would have been nice if the utensils and cookware had already been in our room… and if we didn’t have to carry the plastic container of supplies up to our room ourselves).
  
  What could be improved: Room was a bit small and cold at night. The rooftop door was closed/locked a bit early at night as well, not allowing me to enjoy late night views overlooking the city.

  Breakfast was somewhere between simple and excellent. You get more variety than just cereal and toast. The hotel is close to the bus station. They will hold onto luggage for you if arrive earlier than the set check-in times, which is very helpful. The hotel itself is on a very quiet street.
  
  What could be improved: The location of the hotel isn't the best because it's not entirely close to any big tourist site, but it's close enough to the museums and to the popular restaurants. It ended up being roughly 20-30 minutes to most of the things we were looking at (by foot). But that is to be expected in Mexico City given how expansive the city is. You can easily hear people talking in the hallway, so I could hear an entire phone conversation a man had in the middle of the night.

  Excellent location. Most cordial and efficient personal. Rooms well equiped and spacious.
  
  What could be improved: I arrived at 7 AM and had to wait until 2 PM to get my room. The hotel did not had any comfortable space to wait, so I had to wander 7 hours until I had my room.

  The staff was very attentive and checked in with us daily incase we needed anything. The hotel is in a great spot with lots of restaurants and places to eat. We walked everywhere!
