  The staff are very friendly. The location is quiet and has a family vibe. There is a good children's playpark a few minutes walk away, which is suitable for all ages of children. The internet works well. The rooms are cleaned daily. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. The area feels very safe

  The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring a kitchenette and refrigerator. The accommodations feel very much like a small apartment.
  
  What could be improved: With so many breakfast options in the neighbourhood, I find the cost of the hotel's breakfast excessive and not worthwhile. It’s definitely better to explore the area and try other places. Additionally, the curtains are quite short, allowing light into the room early in the morning. There is a gym on the ground floor, but it’s unclear what the terms of use are, or even if it’s accessible at all.

  Staff was kind enough help as they did not have rooms for another night, after I checked out I called my next booking.com confirmed reservation, the second place I had reserved could not find my reservation and I had to be in a specific part of the city. Staff at Dewat actually called their other properties to check for availability for me.
  And were patient as I had to find another room at a busiest of times.
  
  What could be improved: Space in one area of the room was a bit tight – just a design – space issue. I

  From the beginning, all staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues on arrival with the room were quickly and effectively dealt with. The rooms are large, well serviced daily and the beds extremely comfortable. The hotel has a separate (but related) Indian restaurant on the ground floor which was outstanding, both in service and the quality of the food. Plenty of choice of restaurants in the area as well.
  
  What could be improved: The building ventialtion fans are very noisy when they kick in, but I was able to change rooms so problem sovled. Likewise, there was an issue with hot shower water, but was quickly resolved with a check and restart of the boiler.

  The staff are very professional and friendly. The room is comfortable, practical, and cozy. There is ac/heat options in the room. The breakfast/room serves is satisfying. I enjoyed my breakfast on the rooftop terrace with cool beats vibing in the background. There is a wonderful Indian restaurant there as well with good prices roughly 6 to 7 usd an item. I ordered a soup,main course, dessert, rice, nan, and specialty drink for just shy of 25 usd. The location is fantastic. There was an open street market on the Sunday I was there. Also a block a way in either direction you can find a laundry, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, and small markets, and amazing fresh homemade ice cream! The area has a hip burrow vibe and is a 2 to 7 dollar (5 to 40 min) Uber ride to just about anywhere you would want to go. If your needs are to sit in the room and not go out this is also a great spot as the wifi is fast and includes a smart tv, there is a desk area in the room, a gym, and an outdoor seating burger bar nearly seven steps from the hotel lobby boutique entrance. Charming. Safe.
  
  What could be improved: Not possible. If there is ever an issue the staff is quick to resolve the issue. No hidden surprises or nasty attitudes here!

  A lovely bright room with tasteful decor
  and a small balcony. The kitchenette is a big plus and everything works well. The beds are comfortable and the closet space is sufficient.
  Esperanza, the 'camarista' who comes everyday, does a very thorough job and is very helpful.

  What could be improved: I got sick and needed to stay longer than I had planned, but I had to get out of bed and go down to the reception three times because the credit card machine had a connection error and I didn't have enough cash. I think the receptionist could have been more helpful.
