  The staff is the biggest asset for this hotel – from Sergio at the front door, who was super friendly and went out of his way to help, to the help desk to everyone in the restaurant!
  
  The location is in a safe neighborhood. The hotel is attached to a mall and is a 15 minute walk to Ave Reforma

  The staff are the shining stars of this hotel. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, the cleaning ladies were welcoming, super helpful and friendly. The rooms are large. We were originally in a king sized room which was quite dated but then they moved us to a modern and lovely room. The restaurant served incredibly food
