  The hotel is clean, quiet and beds super comfortable. The staff were really sweet. The gym is a nice bonus. Coffee shop downstairs is charming.
  
  What could be improved: I traveled with my pet and paid a handsome deposit, as well as a fee of $50 USD per day for my pet to stay with me. Absolutely nothing was provided. No water bowls, no pet bed, there is not even a place in the hotel for them to use the bathroom or for you to even throw away their waste. Pets are not allowed on the roof area. Also, there was no hot water in the shower and the fridge did not get cold. When I asked staff about this they just said they'd look into it and never got back to me. For the price of the hotel, these issues were really a disappointment. No breakfast included. There are definitely other hotels in the city that provide much more for the same price or less.
