  All aspects of our stay were very good—even underrated. We got way more than we expected, from the staff to the facilities. The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the overall value was excellent. The only (small) downside was the slightly out-of-the-way location, but that was outweighed by everything else.

  The staff helpful and friendly, the room was big, the bathroom amazing. It’s a centric location but safe. We had a short stay and satisfied time.

  We had a great 3-night stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The Deluxe King Room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit — overall, a very pleasant experience.
  
  The only downside for us was the breakfast. Before booking, we noticed many positive reviews about it, but we later realized that the buffet is likely more appealing to South American or local guests. As Canadians, we were hoping to see more familiar breakfast items like tomatoes, cucumbers, salami, olives, and a variety of cheeses. Instead, the buffet was heavily focused on local cuisine, with many tortilla-based dishes, rice, and meat options — which are not typically part of our breakfast habits.
  
  That said, if you enjoy local Mexican flavors, you may find the breakfast excellent. It just didn’t match our expectations. Still, a solid 9 out of 10 overall.
  
  What could be improved: As mentioned above, the breakfast selection didn’t quite match our expectations as Canadian guests, and one day housekeeping forgot to replace the bathroom towels. We had to call the front desk around 10 p.m., and while they brought the towels up quickly, it was still a minor inconvenience.
