  Fabulous space, excellent staff and good hotel lay out. I requested a fan for my first room as it was very very hot, I had to sleep on the floor by the sliding door to first night (window was broken) and zero air flow. They responded by giving me a fan, and a room upgrade to a larger space with waay better airflow and ability to keep cool (and a second fan).
  Breakfast was nice and flexible with time so I could take it almost as a lunch.
  Lovely big balcony and view of city.
  
  What could be improved: Really needs aircon!
  Balcony was filthy, had to have shoes handy for going outside, else got dirty footprints everywhere.

  Superb location in the heart of the Centro Historico, 5 min walk from Zocalo square. Rooms are clean and comfortable, hotel overall has a slightly retro vibe which I liked. Good breakfast in the adjacent La Capilla restaurant which is connected to the hotel. Also 1pm check-out time was a real bonus.

  Close to Mexico City historic center and the staff very nice.
  
  What could be improved: There aren’t A/C system only a fan and the weather that day was hot, therefore the room felt hot and the ceiling fan was not enough to cool the room and the room was facing the pedestrian area or street and it was not so convenient to open the window due to the noise that could be heard from the street.

  Fantastic location a stone’s throw from the Zocalo, with a spacious suite, good breakfast included, and helpful staff.
  
  What could be improved: Wifi is non-existent in the hotel rooms – we could not connect at all during our entire four night stay. Bathroom towels are tired and need to be replaced with new ones.
