  Great staff and cozy rooms

  This is in a really nice part of town, there's a mall nearby and tons of food as well as some parks in easy walking distance. Definitely accessible to anywhere and very centralized to the different spots we wanted to visit.

  Lorena was very helpful and accommodating! Location was a few blocks from the main area but walkable. Cute restaurant close by and room was large and clean

  Location, facilities, gym and restaurant. The restaurant staff, housekeeping and maintenance staff and hotel bellmen were all very kind, friendly, courteous and eager to help.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, the receptionists lack of customer service and hospitality. Front desk employee whom we checked in with was not friendly, nor made us feel welcomed, and she was not eager to help.

  The staff was friendly, the restaurant was nice and the neighbourhood was safe.
  
  What could be improved: The view from our room was not good. In fact, other guests are able to look into our room if we have the curtains open. We ended up in having them closed the whole time.
  
  The furniture have seen better days and you are able to see wear from the past years.
  
  The AC is as well very old, but at least, it was working.
