The Room Experience

The rooms strike that perfect balance between comfort and character — you know what I mean? They’re not trying to be overly modern or sterile, but they’re definitely well-appointed and thoughtfully designed. The beds are genuinely comfortable (always a relief after a long day of exploring), and the bathrooms are clean and functional without any unnecessary frills. What I really appreciated was how quiet the rooms stay despite being on such a busy avenue — good soundproofing makes all the difference when you’re trying to recharge for another day in this vibrant city.

The breakfast setup here actually impressed me more than I expected. They offer continental and buffet options, plus — and this is clever — breakfast to go if you’re the type who wants to grab something quick and head out early. The buffet has a nice mix of Mexican and international items, so you can ease into local flavors or stick with familiar options if you prefer. I found myself going back for the fresh fruit and local pastries more often than not. It’s one of those breakfasts that feels substantial enough to fuel a morning of sightseeing without being so heavy that you feel sluggish afterward.

  The hotel staff was attentive and the rooms were clean. However, the fans of the restaurants located under the hotel run 24 hours a day and make a lot of smell and noise. It is impossible to sleep. Also, there are places like bars under the hotel. Again, there is a constant noise until very late at night. Except for the male employee at the reception, no one speaks English and you cannot explain your problem in any way. We were not satisfied with the current conditions of this hotel, which we chose because it was close to a nearby checkpoint.

  I love this hotel. It’s so cute and in the perfect location in Roma Norte. I ate and drank at all the places downstairs and breakfast was great as well. Exceptional service and housekeeping. I will definitely stay here again and again.
