  Everything was great. From front desk to cleaning staff service was excellent . The breakfast buffet was delicious.

  This is a comfortable hotel located near Condesa neighborhood. Comfortable bed, shower, all good. We had a room with a sofa, which was nice. The restaurant and breakfast were both good. The staff are very helpful.

  We stayed in a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi. The room was very spacious, with a large desk & chaise and was very quiet. The Jacuzzi was great. The included buffet breakfast was simple but well-prepared with a few changes each day. Servers brought hot coffee to the table. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

  The breakfast was good and room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. Hotel kitchen was good and kitchen staff was very nice
  
  What could be improved: The photos showed terrace pool and terrace seating area which was actually the jacuzzi only for junior suite. No restaurants at walking distance.

  Room was nice, up to date, and clean. Had a nice shower, bed was really comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was fine.
  The hotel is in the Escandon neighborhood, which is 2-3 blocks south of Condessa, so was extremely convenient and seemed to be a nice neighborhood (didn't spend much time there). It was just a half hour walk to an entrance to Chapultepec Park.
  
  What could be improved: Wifi was a bit intermittent. Taxi to airport, arranged by hotel, overcharged us…was 400 pesos but hotel quoted less.
