  Staff friendly. Lovely pool area for CDMX and price. Easy to get to but way up high 8,500 ft that makes a difference. Great breakfast. Convenience store and cafes downstairs were nice. Try the CableBus but you still have to Uber to the hotel. There are a few rooms with a terrace and mine was great!

  What could be improved: The ONLY negative is the coffee… it is horrible. The regular coffee that sits on the counter by the two doors to enter/ exit the kitchen area.

  Breakfast was great. Room was large and had everything you needed. Communication was ok but some staff didn’t speak English.
  
  What could be improved: There was a bad smell sometimes in our kitchen. I think coming from the sink. You can’t open the windows so no fresh air. We had also a couple of times where we had no hot water.
