  Neat and clean apartment, enough space and enough light in all rooms. The host provided plenty of towels and stayed in touch all the time.
  
  What could be improved: Sometimes it got pretty cold in the apartment (we stayed in January), and we needed an extra heater to make things better. Also there was an electricity outage, but the host fixed that promptly.

  What could be improved: Check in was a mess. They requiered me to send photos of ID and credit card to let me in. At 2:00 am!

  The location is great, right across from Parque Espana. One of the bedrooms is located in the front of the building, right on a busy street. Keep in mind, you are in a big city so there are lots of noises, especially in the early morning with garbage pickup. The bedroom in the back was great with a small attached private patio.
  
  What could be improved: There are limited outlets in each room. In the bathroom, the only outlet is on the light switch which is right next to the toilet and far from the mirror. Not ideal for a bathroom. The elevator was strange because it doesn't stop at the exact floor, sometimes slightly above or below. Made us nervous to use.

  Most amazing location, very responsive over what’s app, friendly door/maintenance person who helped us park early (before check in)
  
  What could be improved: Last min our check in was pushed later, coffee machine didn’t work (cute cafe down stairs was a fine alternative tho) and it wasn’t quite as clean as I would have liked. Also the windows didn’t have screens so at a certain point in the evening you had to choose between cool air and mosquitoes or warm air and fans

  The location was excellent. The customer service was great the bed was comfortable
  
  What could be improved: Shower to small and height too low couldn't fit under the shower head.
  
  No air-condition and the fans did not help cool the rooms.
  
  The bed was extremely low and not conducive for spinal cord
