  The fact that is an apartment and has a kitchen and living room makes it very spacious and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very nice.
  
  What could be improved: The shower door was a problem to close and keep it steady so the water was coming out and the drain of the shower was getting plugged as well. It needs a bit of a renovation in that area.

  What could be improved: Whoever runs the cafe is beyond rude. I paid for breakfast for my entire stay and only utilized it once because I made to feel uncomfortable and bothersome by the cafe staff.

  What could be improved: Slow WiFi and low water pressure for the shower. The street was rather noisy and the balcony door couldn’t be closed entirely. Loose wiring near the bed.

  The hotel is a modern, clean, and well-kept property. I had huge suite with a balcony to myself, with kitchen, a living room, and a comfortable bed. Location is excellent.
  
  What could be improved: Customers should know that this is a repurposed apartment building and not a regular hotel. Though there is a 24-hour desk and a small cafeteria, service sometimes leaves much to be desired. In my room, water pressure was inadequate and the soap holders by the sink and shower were both broken. The living room TV wasn't functional and the bedroom TV was difficult to set up if you wanted to watch streaming channels. Also, I couldn't get a great night's rest because my room faced a street lamp post. Finally, checkout is at 11, far too early by hotel industry standards.

  Spacious rooms, with great reception of Marcos.
  We also used the sauna, which was great after a long day of walking.
  Great amenities, would recommend staying here if you stay in cdmx for more than 3 days and want room and able to cook.
