  El departamento es de buen tamaño, bien ubicado, con seguridad privada en el edificio, muy cómodo.
  
  What could be improved: Necesita mantenimiento, sobre todo en los baños, se es hicba mucho el ruido de los departamentos contiguos. Me quieren cobrar de nuevo un pago qué ya había realizado y no hay nadie con quien comunicarse para hacer alguna aclaración, ni por correo, whatsapp, teléfonos de contacto. La alberca y el gimnasio requieren una tarjeta de acceso qué no se en je tra en el departamento y tu l concierge ni te resuelve el problema, a pesar de que lo ofrecen como un servicio apareja o a la renta. No podrán acceder a esos servicios, ni podrán hacer ninguna aclaración en caso de algún problema.

  El edificio está increíble, el gimnasio es de los mejores que hay.
  La ubicación es buenísima, hay súper, cine, centros comerciales, restaurantes y museos (Soumaya y Jumex) muy cerca.
  El contacto con el host está facil y las respuestas llegan rápido.
  Departamento bastante limpio, con todo lo que se necesita.
  Wifi funciona bien.
  
  What could be improved: La alberca estaba reformando, no se podía usar.
  La ducha a veces quedó fría de la nada.
  No hay posibilidad de late check-out sin costo adicional, aunque sea por pocas horas.

  Buenas instalaciones, camas cómodas, cuenta con estacionamiento, excelente ubicación cerca de todo, buenas vistas, utensilios necesarios de cocina para tu estancia, no tuve ningún contratiempo excepto que no contaba con todo lo prometido en su publicación (no alberca, no jacuzzi, no terraza y sin tarjeta no se puede ingresar tampoco al gym) sin pudieran resolver esos detalles yo encantada regreso
  
  What could be improved: Nunca informaron que la alberca, la terraza y el jacuzzi no estaban disponibles, (fue una de las razones por la que se escogió este lugar entre otras opciones, me sentí engañada) pedíamos las tarjetas para su ingreso y solo prometieron llevarlas y jamás sucedió, como sugerencia hace falta tener televisor en las habitaciones y esperaba en la habitación de los niños 2 camas individuales
