Breakfast was great
Concierge staff more than wonderful and personable.
What could be improved: Lighting in bathroom.Carolyn from United States – 3 February 2025 (10/10)
The location was very good. This was our first time to Mexico City and the neighborhood was a good introduction. There were locals and tourists alike visiting the nearby restaurants and stores.
The management at the hotel was delightful. They could not have been more accommodating and kind.
What could be improved: Just a word of caution to anyone physically impaired, that the hotel is in an old space. The stairs are a little steep and the room we stayed in had some uneven surfaces of the floors.Eugenia from United States – 28 January 2025 (10/10)
The hotel was incredibly gorgeous and the staff were very kind and welcoming. We stayed here to get married and were touched by how detail-oriented and helpful they were. We already loved Mexico City, but we enjoyed it even more after having such a wonderful experience staying here in the heart of Roma. Despite being in the heart of this lively neighborhood, we slept very soundly at night in the most comfortable beds imaginable.
What could be improved: My only recommendation would be for the hotel to include slippers for guests as the beautiful wooden floors can carry dirt from our shoes. Other than that, it was perfect.Michele from United States – 3 January 2025 (9/10)
Womderful breakfast
Melissa from United States – 31 December 2024 (9/10)
The room was lovely – nicely decorated, cozy, quiet. The complimentary breakfast in the attached coffee shop was delightful – fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, croissants and coffee. The space was quaint and peaceful – the perfect start to the day. We also took advantage of the in-hotel spa for a couple's massage. Worth it!
What could be improved: We had a slight issue with housekeeping, but the hotel sorted everything out.Jennifer from United States – 29 September 2024 (10/10)
