  Location is excellent. Very walkable area with many restaurants. The staff at the hotel was friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and had AC.
  
  What could be improved: Honestly, everything was fantastic. Would've been nice if there was a pool I guess? Of what they had, I can't complain about anything.

  The location is great, very close to the Diana Cazadora & Av. Reforma, restaurants, stores. The room was perfect we got one with a kingsize bed, and it was super comfortable.

  Very modern, close to Angel de la Independencia and many nice restaurants. Very clean, beds and pillows are very comfy, but what I loved the most was the breakfast buffet. We had a 55 people group and coming back again with 30+ people.
  
  What could be improved: I think for a group maybe the only thing is that there are only two elevators, so if its full is a bit of a wait. But other than that everything was perfect!

  Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On the weekends they had tea/coffee and little pastries in the morning as well as Agua de Fresca for the afternoons. The room was quite large as well.
  
  What could be improved: Shower leaked water, had to get the toilet fixed when we arrived, could be very busy so used the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. Very minor things.
  
  The only truly bad thing was the noise. The ventilation system was very loud and outside noise was very noticeable at times. Needed earplugs!
