  It was a spacious apartment with all the basics.
  Nothing more nothing less. Clean and comfortable. Very good location and parking for cars.
  
  What could be improved: You can’t receive anyone I. The apartment except the registered guests. In that case I whether stay I. A hotel. The pospuse of this places is that you feel like home.
  They also told me the when I arrived that they gave me an upgrade to a bigger place. Which wasn’t true as I moved to a lower apartment the last night and it was much bigger. That was a bit strange. There is no need to say something that is not true.
  There is no a/c and was extremely hot.
  The elevator is very very slow.
  I also asked for a spot to park my car and they told me that they needed to see if there was space.
  The parking was huge big and empty. Enough space for all the apartments
  At the end I think is much better to make your guest have a pleasant arrival without dealing with any stress. Just say yes and that will be much better

  Loved the amount of space in the apartment. It was comfortable for 5 of us in the 3 bedrooms.
  
  What could be improved: For longer stays, it's important to provide cleaning products and a broom. We were also missing trash bags and extra rolls of toilet paper. Extra towels for longer stays would be welcome as well.

  I loved the location of the property, the apartment was clean, spacious and nice. I fully enjoyed my stay, the property managers were kind and accommodating. I would definitely consider staying here again if I ever return to Mexico City.
  
  What could be improved: I did not like the balcony. It seems very unsafe with the railing barely hitting my waist and I’m only 5’2” anyone could easily fall to their death. Also, the kitchen needed cleaning towels and knives. A broom or something to sweep the floors would have been nice as the entire apartment is hard wood floors. The water heater did not supply sufficient hot water without long breaks of showering in between. And our second bathroom shower hot water did not work entirely. I also didn’t like that the apartment I received was not the one pictured in the photos. I understand there are several units, however I am someone who books based on aesthetic of hotels as well as location. I do not like when things are misrepresented. No air conditioning. Would love a fan in the apartment. One for each bedroom
