  What could be improved: The host was quite rude when I asked about re-booking for another night stay. They took 24hrs to respond, then just pointed me to their website that didn't have the information I needed. They then ignored my questions about why this specific property charged 5x the taxes / charges vs. other similar properties, and just told me to message the sales team. Incredibly frustrating as the rest of the stay had been quite impressive – but this left a negative perception.

  What could be improved: Mini split systems were not operable but floor fans were provided. There was outdoor patio but no chairs or table were made available. Need a regular coffee maker & not a Nespresso maker. More than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom should be provided. Especially only for a 3 day stay.

  It was very secure, the room was also huge with a walk in wardrobe, and 2 bathrooms – and great value for money. Everything was modern, high quality and aesthetic.

  Excellent apartment, supper clean … close to all amenities, restaurants, and coffee shops. Staff is great, very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay.
