  Perfect location in the great Condesa neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants withing walking distance. Super spacious 2-bedroom apartment incl. washing machine & balcony. Great for a family with 3 small kids. We were also able to check in a few hours earlier which was super.
  
  What could be improved: The balcony was quite dirty and you could see quite a few stains on the walls too. Drying rack for clothes was broken. I think it could use a bit of TLC but nothing major.

  Prior to arrival we were requested to give ID via WhatsApp. Did this but then was requested two further times for the same info. When arriving it was then a fourth time.
  
  Apartment very below standard. Decided to contact the host via WhatsApp. Received a response saying “Thank you for informing me the details, my maintenance team will check them at the day of your check out. :)”. I responded saying “In honesty, it’s ok on check out but we are here now so it doesn’t really fix our stay and I have more pics/video where maintenance is desperately needed. The main shower also is like a waterfall down the wall rather from the shower head which means you don’t really get a proper shower”.
  
  Because of the above, I sent numerous pics of holes in walls, dirty mattress, floors, broken showers, holes in roof of shower, broken skirting boards, water stains, damp stains, mould, stained blinds on windows and more. The existing staircase one day was fine, the next day the plaster fell off the wall. It remained like that.
  
  After sending info and pics, the host ghosted me with 0 response. We then got a message from host via booking the next day asking if we had a good stay followed by the rules to follow when leaving the condo.
  
  When checking out we asked if there is anywhere to leave our bags as our flight was late afternoon. There isn’t anywhere was the response.
  
  Overall the building is in a great location and staff in property polite.
  
  The condo was FAR from what we expected in terms of cleanliness and value for money. In fact it was expensive for what we experienced.
  
  Reviews of property are good however it’s strange that the good comments are visible but many of the other comments it says not able to show comments. This particular condo should not be in portfolio as things have been mentioned by others. But it seems the maintenance isn’t done as per the host response or maintenance will check when we leave.

  Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, inklusive einer Waschmaschine, die ich auch genutzt habe. Vom Zimmer aus hat man einen Blick auf die Wohngegend, und es ist bequem mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, und für jedes Zimmer gibt es ausreichend Handtücher. Es gibt eine Kochmöglichkeit, allerdings habe ich nur den Kühlschrank genutzt, um Getränke zu kühlen. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen konnte.

  Spacious, clean with great amenities. One large double room with en-suite, and one twin room. In the building you have access to a well-equipped gym and pool. Contact with the property manager was super easy and very efficient. Very safe with 24hr security. Really well located for access to lots of good bars and restaurants in Condesa. Brilliant roof terrace.
  
  What could be improved: Slightly noisy as near to main road, but nothing terrible. Lights on the balconies outside don’t turn on a little bit of light pollution at night in the bedroom but nothing an eye mask can’t sort.
