  Great location with access to so many dining options. Around the corner is lively and colorful Zona Rosa. Spacious unit with kitchen amenities, comfy sofa, dining setup, sturdy king bed. 24/7 security.
  
  What could be improved: Unit is on 6th floor and droning sound of street clubs may be a problem for very light sleepers. It was manageable for us.

  What could be improved: Si estás pensando en reservar aquí, ten en cuenta estos puntos:
  Check-in tardío y sin flexibilidad: Aunque el check-in es a las 16:00 (sí, extremadamente tarde, aunque aparece en las condiciones), en la mayoría de los lugares suelen permitirte dejar la maleta antes. Aquí no. Si llegas temprano y necesitas dejar tu equipaje o conectarte para trabajar, prepárate para ser rechazado sin consideración alguna. Terminé arrastrando mi maleta todo el día y trabajando desde un café. ¡Inconcebible para cualquiera que esté de viaje de negocios!
  Condiciones de la habitación: El departamento es extremadamente básico, mucho más que otros que he visitado en la ciudad. La cortina "blackout" en la recámara no cubre bien, y la luz entra directamente en tu cara cuando estás en la cama. Además, el lugar estaba lleno de ruido nocturno, ¡y esto fue un lunes! Ni quiero imaginarme cómo será un fin de semana. Las sábanas y toallas olían a usadas, no a limpieza (y eso que te cobran casi ***1,000MXN por limpieza adicional*** al precio publicado). Apenas pude, huí de ahí.
  Servicio post-estancia y amenazas: Pedí mi factura al día siguiente, y tras 25 horas de ignorarme, me respondieron con instrucciones imposibles de seguir. Parecía que esperaban a que cambiara el mes para evitar emitir la factura. La comunicación fue una burla constante, y para colmo, me amenazaron con difamarme ante Booking, alegando que soy un huésped “problemático” que pone en riesgo el condominio. Una acusación falsa, claramente hecha para intimidar. Que sepan que cualquier difamación será recibida con una acción legal.
  Esta fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un alojamiento. Si valoras tu tiempo, tranquilidad y dignidad, busca otro lugar.
  NOTA: no suelo dejar malos comentarios a estancias en booking.

  el lugar, la zona, la limpieza, la gentileza del anfitrion, siempre estuvo atento por cualquier situacion que se me pudiera ofrecer, sin embargo como todo estuvo genial no hubo necesidad de contactarla
