  Great beds, great pillows and linens HUGE towels. Having a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor already in the room was a great touch.

  15 steps up to the hotel desk. I asked if the elevator went down ( to get luggage) and the staff told me it did, but it doesn't go below the hotel desk floor.
