  Late arrival and it was efficient to speak with someone.
  
  What could be improved: Regarding the sofa, it is not clean at all.

  There's a person 24/7 who can let you into the apartment lobby. Very nice staff. Responded to requests promptly. Nicely decorated and maintained.
  
  What could be improved: If you want to watch TV cable, suggest you bring a laptop or I-pad as channels there are in Spanish and do not have translation to other languages.

  What could be improved: The owner overcharged me for an extra night and never replied me. Unbelievable! Her name is Mabel and phone ends with 3055. If you do not pay me back I will on social media to tell others how badly you treated me.

  The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located just 10min walking from Mexico's main cathedral. The price was also quite good for the location and quality.
  
  What could be improved: The bed is a bit too soft but in general it is quite good.
