  There's a person 24/7 who can let you into the apartment lobby. Very nice staff. Responded to requests promptly. Nicely decorated and maintained.
  
  What could be improved: If you want to watch TV cable, suggest you bring a laptop or I-pad as channels there are in Spanish and do not have translation to other languages.

  The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located just 10min walking from Mexico's main cathedral. The price was also quite good for the location and quality.
